I can’t remember the first time I saw a Michellephan video nor which one it was. All I remember was that I called my closest Asian friend immediately to tell her about the bronzer trick to create a more defined bridge, even I loathe my barely defined bridge and with bronzer its so simple to create a sharper looking nose and more defined bridge (without piling on tons of make-up).
Since then I’ve been watching MicehllePhan regularly, nearly more than music on Youtube, and i know that could be said for many. Michelle now has over 1.3 Million subscribers and her Lady Gaga Pokerface tutorial has had over 27 million views.
I just found out about Guru Gossip and think it’s particularly disgusting. 32 parts of a thread that trash Michelle Phan, and there are even threads for other gurus! the sad part is the 32nd part of the general trash Michelle thread is 20 pages long. do people have lives? or is this the society we are living in? It’s not for everyone and one can’t assume that the media will never blow things up and make it sensational. We can’t blame Michelle for striving to succeed at what she loves.
