I love kitsch places, and Wolves is one such place. Like a mini Odd-Cafe with art and designs on sale.
It’ s a place that acts like it doesn’t care what it looks like, but depends on it so much. It’s a small, cosy place with wine glasses on the tables that can be shared when busy, live music and an impeccable website. We got there and had to order from the counter items from their small menu comprising of pre-baked foods and desserts and a selection of drinks.
This deterred me slightly as I always prefer that my food is made immediately. But Wolves is fun and informal. My hot chocolate came with a chocolate moustache on a stick. And who can resist chocolate? Together with the friendly service I almost want to forgive the faux-careless atmosphere.
