I am a sucker for luxury and just yesterday I came across the W Hotels website. Can I just say that I would give my life savings for a 3 week stay at the Retreat and Spa Maldives? But then again, it might cost more than just that. (how about a kidney?).
It is located on the North of Ari Atoll on Fesdu island and stretches off the island like most resorts in the Maldives.
There are a few types of ‘accommodation’ (heaven, as I would call it);
Beach Oasis
The double story Beach Oasis comes with a plunge pool, circular daybed outside and a stretch of your own private beach. Also, normal television viewing is not enough, it comes with a 42″ TV and BOSE soundsystem.
Ocean oasis
The Ocean Oasis is perched on the lagoon with glass panels in the flooring to see the life below while indoors, it even has lights so you can view the night-time life underwater. Coming standard with all the entertainment features and pooldeck features it also has an option to choose the Ocean Oasis Lagoon view retreat.
Seascape Escape
The Seascape escape is a Villa with two bedrooms, two TV’s, indoor/outdoor lounge, huge Sundeck and Infinity plunge pool. Same glass-paneled flooring and access to the lagoon straight from your villa.

The Ocean Haven (my personal pick), is an intense relaxation spot, your own private bar, huge infinity pool with jacuzzi seats, master suite with cathedral ceilings, along with all the amenities and standards of W Hotels.
