I recently got spoilt by the lovely Nicole from Autograph PR. One of my favourite products has got to be this Palladio Shadow & Liner Crayon. I’ve been looking for something like the NYX jumbo pencils in South Africa for a while now and I really think that this Palladio pencil is going to be my go-to for a smokey eye as well.
I’ve got the pencil in the shade Black Pearl, which is a deep black with some shimmer in it. The shimmer is actually glitter but the pencil is not over saturated with it. The picture really doesn’t show how black the liner actually is.
I’ve decided to swatch everything or show product from now on so you ladies can get a better idea of the product as well.
In the swatch you can see the little glitter pieces which are not overwhelming at all. The consistency is incredibly soft and smooth and the formula really stays on. These come in a small selection of colours.
Palladio is really an underrated brand in my mind and these babies can be picked up at Dischem for a good price!
How would you do a smokey eye with this type of pencil?
1. Apply the pencil to the top of your lash line. Make the line thicker towards the end of your eye. Use an ear-bud to smudge out the line upwards and outwards focusing on the corner of your eye. I will be doing a tutorial on this soon
