I am in love with this eyeliner.
OFRA cosmetics have just launched their online store in South Africa and are known for producing quality professional cosmetics. This eyeliner was no exception.
It is incredibly soft and it went on like a breeze, but that wasn’t my favourite part, the colour is amazing! It’s a slight emerald green with a gold undertone that really works with my skin. It really warmed up my skin and looks fantastic as an eyeshadow. I am dying to do a look with this pencil, so keep your eyes peeled.
