I have been trying to get healthy.
That’s a full sentence to me. I made these long before exams, but haven’t made them since, mainly because I don’t have the time to do the manual smashing of the bananas. If you have a food processor, this should be really easy. I’ve become banana obsessed recently, they’re cheap, filling and are good for nutrition. People have been doing crazy things with banana’s, banana ice-cream included. These banana pancakes are simple and yummy when paired with peanut butter.
1. Blend banana’s and egg until smooth.
2. Heat Canola oil in pan. Once the oil is hot, use a tablespoon to scoop batter into pan. Try to make small pancakes and flip only once.
It takes some practice to perfect the pancakes, but they are amazing. Light, fluffy and healthy
